Returns & Refunds

Customers within the European Union have the right to request a return within 30 days after delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • products must be unused;
  • products must remain unopened;
  • hygiene seals must remain intact;
  • products must be returned in original packaging.

Because RENNIK sells cosmetic and skincare products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and consumer safety reasons.

This restriction applies in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations for sealed cosmetic and hygiene products.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.

Please include:

  • order number;
  • photos of the product;
  • photos of the packaging;
  • description of the issue.
