Our products are sourced from EU-compliant manufacturers and suppliers, including suppliers providing:

  • EU product testing;

However:

For SPF products:

  • sunscreen products should be applied according to manufacturer instructions;

  • SPF products do not guarantee complete protection from sun exposure;

  • prolonged sun exposure may still cause skin damage.

All prices displayed on the website are shown in EUR unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

In the event of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders.

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

RENNIK currently ships primarily within Germany and selected European countries.

Standard shipping fee: 4.99 EUR

Free shipping for orders above 69 EUR.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination country.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs;

  • carriers;

  • weather conditions;

  • force majeure events;

  • fulfillment partners;

  • incorrect customer information.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

9. RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from purchases within 30 days after delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • products must be unused;

  • products must remain unopened;

  • hygiene seals must remain intact;

  • products must be returned in original packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned.

This limitation applies in accordance with EU consumer protection rules regarding sealed hygiene products.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

10. DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If products arrive damaged during transportation, customers must contact us within 48 hours after delivery.

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • photographs of damaged items;

  • photographs of packaging;

  • order information.

12. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins.

Once fulfillment or shipment has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including:

  • abuse of promotions;
